Coaching and consulting that empowers you to lead with clarity and conviction!
Feeling stuck in ministry? You’re not alone. Leading a church isn’t easy. The pressures of ministry, the complexity of teams, and the weight of spiritual leadership can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or alone. But you’re not called to lead in your own strength.
At Gospel Anchored, we come alongside pastors, church leaders, and ministry teams to provide gospel-centered coaching, strategic planning, leadership development, and church health assessments. Everything we do is anchored in the transforming power of Jesus Christ and designed to help you lead with clarity and conviction.
I’d love to hear your story, understand what you’re facing, and see how we can move forward together into a healthier, more focused season of ministry.

Core Values
Applying the Gospel
True leadership begins with identity in Christ. Whether coaching personally or assessing church health, we prioritize helping leaders apply the gospel to their own hearts—addressing not just organizational strategy but also heart-level motivations.
Caring for Leaders Above Institutions
Healthy churches start with healthy leaders. Our goal is to support pastors relationally and spiritually, serving as “pastors to pastors.” Additionally, we mentor spouses, providing holistic care to ministry families.
Creating Feedback-Rich Cultures
Long-term growth demands honest feedback. We help churches and leaders build systems and rhythms of feedback—both formal and informal—that foster accountability, learning, and relational health.
Customizing Services to Fit the Context
We reject a one-size-fits-all approach. Every engagement begins with listening carefully to a leader’s story and context, tailoring services to specific needs and goals, and adapting as necessary throughout the process.
Equipping for Lasting Change
Our aim is empowerment, not dependency. We equip leaders with sustainable tools and processes—whether strategic planning, preaching development, or team training—that they can maintain independently for lasting impact.

What We Offer
Leader Coaching
Grow as a gospel-shaped leader. Through personal assessments, goal-setting, and customized coaching, we help you lead from a place of identity, not just activity.
Preaching Lab
Preach Christ from all of Scripture. This 4-month training workshop equips pastors and lay leaders to study, interpret, and effectively communicate the Bible faithfully and effectively.
Strategic Planning
Turn mission into movement. Our five-phase process helps your church clarify vision, align resources, and develop a repeatable, actionable plan that leads to lasting impact.
Church Health Assessment
Gain a clear picture of your church’s strengths and struggles. Our comprehensive diagnostic includes surveys, interviews, and a site visit—culminating in a full report and clear next steps.
